A Hot Day In Tunusia

It is said that as you get older, you will find it hard to do certain tasks.
That may be true, but having read books like End The Struggle and Dance With Life by Susan Jeffers, I found that this can be overturned.

I learnt that I could go back into my past (and past life) and harness amongst other things that strength and energy I once had as a younger person.

Let me tell you an amazing story and
remember, everything happened in real time:-

In August 2007, I was on holiday in Tunisia. The weather was unbearably hot at that time of year; around 30 degrees. One day, we went on an excursion to the coliseum to see where the Gladiators fought. We entered the stadium it was magnificent. We were invited to look around and also to climb the many stairs, right to the top so that we could look down and get a bird's eye view into the arena.

As I looked all the way up, I thought, “it's too hot and I couldn’t possibly climb all those stairs in this heat!” Just then I caught sight of a 4 year old boy with his parents. He was really enjoying himself. He was climbing those stairs effortlessly, no sweat, no panting, just as though it was a cool summers day. I watched him thinking, “how the hell could he do that in this heat?” It was so hot, there was no air to breathe.

I continued to watch him as he climbed the stairs like it was nothing. I really want to climb to the top and be able to look down into the arena. I really wanted to do that. I watched the boy as he continued climbing.

Immediately I said to myself, “we are in the same heat, if he can do it , so can I!” I went into my innermost self and imagined I was 4 years old again, happy, weightless, agile, flexible and full of energy. I imagined my knees being totally up for it; like pistons ready to start firing off.

I took a deep breath, positioned my pose and off I went; I was 4 years old again, running up those stairs - happy, effortless, energy in abundance and all my muscles working in harmony with each other. After a while I saw that the steps were many but it did not matter; I stepped up my imagination. I visualised steel pistons in my legs, well oiled and pumping hard. I even imagined the sound they made. And before I could pant, there I was right at the top of the coliseum, looking down into the arena. Taking in what might have happened there many ages ago.

I did it!  And the view was awesome.

Just imagine, you can do anything you apply your mind to.
